We make cider the slow way, with fruit that never needed fixing. Botanist & Barrel is the South’s only natural cidery and the first to craft pét-nat ciders in the Southeast. Everything we do starts with Southern fruit, heirloom apples, muscadines, blueberries that are grown spray-free on our farm or sourced from neighbors who farm the right way.
